Privacy is a constant concern at Plooral. With the goal of delivering a complete and efficient platform to the market, we adopt best practices to prevent incidents with the data entrusted to us.
We ensure that data is processed with confidentiality, security, and integrity, respecting the limits of our responsibilities. Furthermore, our team is trained to handle personal data in an ethical and secure manner, including signing confidentiality commitments.
We emphasize that data processed between individuals and companies that are Platform users is their sole responsibility. We will implement the technical measures necessary to maintain a secure virtual environment, but we cannot be held responsible for the user's own decisions.

Plooral will share your data with third parties in the following situations:

- In order to expand networking and our services, we may share personal data with business partners, especially when you voluntarily provide information in projects and/or programs with our partners.
These third parties will have no direct interest in the information and will always act under Plooral's guidance, which will require them to adopt the necessary care measures to ensure the same level of protection for your data.
Plooral may eventually be required to share personal data with competent authorities — judicial, administrative, or law enforcement — to comply with legal obligations. We will only share information after proper validation of the order.
5. International Data Transfer
Some direct and indirect data processors, such as data hosting services, may be located outside of Brazil. In such cases, Plooral adopts the necessary measures to ensure that international transfers comply with the LGPD, requiring its suppliers to adopt adequate personal data protection safeguards, such as specific contractual clauses, market-recognized information security certifications, and formal confidentiality and data protection commitments.
